401 Unauthorized webhook error

Written by Brijesh

If your orders are not receiving tracking updates, it may be caused by a webhook failure. This happens when TrackShip is unable to communicate with your store due to a 401 Unauthorized error, which usually means the connection between your store and TrackShip needs to be refreshed.

How to fix it:

  1. Go to your TrackShip account and disconnect your WooCommerce store

  2. Reconnect your store β€” this refreshes the webhook and clears the authorization error

  3. Once reconnected, go to your WooCommerce Orders admin

  4. Select the affected orders and use the Get Shipment Status option from the bulk actions menu to trigger the tracking updates

If the issue persists after reconnecting, please contact our support team.
