403 Forbidden webhook error

If your tracking information is not updating, it may be because Cloudflare is blocking TrackShip's requests to your store, resulting in a 403 Forbidden error.

How to fix it:

Whitelist TrackShip's IP addresses in Cloudflare to allow our requests to reach your store.

Once whitelisted, tracking updates should sync to your store automatically. If the issue persists, please contact our support team.
