Written by Brijesh
Updated today

If your tracking information is not updating, it may be caused by a 404 Webhook error, which means TrackShip is unable to find the endpoint URL on your store. This usually happens when the TrackShip for WooCommerce plugin is not installed or inactive.

How to fix it:

Please ensure that the TrackShip for WooCommerce plugin is installed and active on your store.

If the issue persists after confirming the plugin is active, please contact our support team.
