To get improved UPS tracking results, you can integrate your UPS account with TrackShip. To do that, you will need to generate your UPS Client ID and Client Secret in the UPS Developer Portal.
How to get your Client ID and Client Secret
Go to the UPS Developer Portal and log in with your UPS account
Navigate to My Apps and click Add App
Fill in the required details and select the Tracking API
Once created, your Client ID and Client Secret will be displayed in your app details
How to add your UPS credentials to TrackShip
In your TrackShip account dashboard, navigate to Account Settings > Carrier Accounts and add the following information:
Client ID
Client Secret
