Connecting TrackShip to WooCommerce

  1. Install TrackShip for WooCommmerce

  2. Login to your TrackShip account, from the dashboard, click on Connect a Store and a dialog box will open where you need to type your WooCommerce store URL (including https) and proceed to the next step.

  3. You will be directed to your WooCommerce store to give trackShip permission to connect to your store using the WooCommerce REST API. TrackShip requires this permission to be able to update your orders when there are shipping & delivery updates.

  4. After approving the permissions, on your account dashboard, you will see your store in the connected store list. Click on the store name to be directed to TrackShip Settings on your store (WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > TrackShip).
