TrackShip for WooCommerce seamlessly integrates TrackShip into your store's admin. The tracking page is on your store and you can fully customize the entire tracking experience.

To set up TrackShip on your store, from the main WordPress menu, navigate to TrackShip > Settings

General Settings Options:

  • Order Status to Trigger the Tracking – Select the WooCommerce Order Status that when updated should trigger the automatic shipment tracking on TrackShip

  • Enable Shipment Status Filter on the Orders admin – add shipment status filter to the WooCommerce orders admin filters, enabling this option might slow your orders admin if you process large amounts of orders.

  • Enable Custom Order Status Delivered – You can enable a custom order status “Delivered” and edit the status label colors. When you enable this Delivded status, TrackShip will automatically change the order status to Delivered once all the order shipments are delivered to automate your post-shipping orders flow.

  • Number of days for late shipments - select the number of days that a shipment will display a late shipment icon in the fulfillment dashboard and trigger the admin late shipments email (if enabled) .
